Mark Anthony Rael , Shines With "For Not The Muse"

                                                             BIOGRAPHY

Born in 1951 in Detroit Michigan, Mark Anthony Rael,  musician, singer ,songwriter, and music producer, made his singing debut at age 12 with his bad, “The Human Race.”   Mark’s singing career was launched with Capital Records in Hollywood, California at age 22.  In 1980, Mark was asked to join the band “The Knack”  (My Sherona) as lead vocalist, but declined to further his solo career. 
Mark has produced and written globally with Belizean Artist Ras Indio, Jamaican Artist Dillgin Tony Bailey and Swedish-African Artist Aminatah.  Closer to his home in Los Angeles, California, Mark produced numbers of local Hip Hop Artist. 
Presently living in San Diego, California, Mark is completing a new album comprised of composition using orchestra, rock, reggae and other exotic rhythms to formulate a fusion of sound with this album.  Mark is currently in the works of forming a band to play live worldwide.
Soon to be released are five new albums including Celtic, R&B and other styles.  “For Not the Muse” was written, performed, produced and mixed by Mark.

Impromp2

Jazz/Funk/Hip Hop duo Impromp2 from Los Angeles came out with their debut album in 1995 called “You're Gonna Love It”. It amazes me that I never heard of these guys. Their names are Sean E. Mack rapper and Johnny Britt trumpeter/vocalist. They complement each others style of singing. Since their debut album, they put out three more album. In 1997 “Can't Get Enough”, 2003 Impromp2 and 2008 “It Is What It Is”, all of these albums are great. They did not miss a beat. Wow! If you love soul music then you're going to love Impromp2. These guys are incredibly talented and their voices are smooth. Impromp2 sound is wonderful. You can listen to them while riding in the car or sitting at home chilling with the one you love. Since 2010, Johnny Britt has focused on a solo career and released his debut album in 2012 “Feels So Good”. I would love to see these guys in person. Some of my favorite songs from Impromp2 that are going on my play list are, “You're Gonna Love It”, "Enjoy Yourself", “Summer Nights”, “I'll Do Whatever”, “Luv 2 Ball”, “Angel”, “"Lovin' You", “Good Thang”, “Without You”. Its officially spring! The flowers and trees are dropping their seeds
spreading their genetic structures ensuring the survival of life. Its beautiful
and complex how the cycle of life works. Families grow and expand and
add to the legacy of the family name. Which is exactly what the Debarge
family continues to do. We all remember the platinum and gold selling
group from the 80’s whose numerous singles kept Motown afloat during the
1980’s. Enter Kristina Debarge a wonderful rose from “the city of roses”
Pasadena, Ca. Daughter of James Debarge, Kristina Debarge is quickly
making a name for herself as a singer. As a child Kristina always wanted to
sing (you think??)but never made it known till she was about 12 years old.
Her father took her to the studio and they recorded their first single
together. A year later Kristina made her national t.v. debut on “American
Juniors”(an american idol spin-off). As the shows youngest contestant( at
13 years old) she wowed fans and made the top twenty which was a great
feat if you ask me. After American Juniors she was introduced to “Baby Face”
 and signed a deal with sodapop/ Island def jam and began working on her
debut album “Exposed” in 2009 which debuted at #23 on billboard's top
200. As if she wasn't busy enough Kristina Debarge's acting career began
in 2012 with the movie “Christmas in Compton”. Then she received the
leading role in Nick Cannons directorial debut called "School Dance" in
2014. Kristina has a single that I like that is called “Radio” which has solid
production and Kristina seems to have a grasp of how to balance making
a single while still being original. Also check out her song “Amnesia” where
Kristina Debarge talks about relationship issues! Kristina is definitely the
next in a long line of Debarges to hit the scene but where are all these
Debarges coming from?? Seriously there's probably a daycare somewhere
with about a hundred of these Lil guys and gals training for their chance
to come out. SMH.. Oh well at least they do have talent to spread around
unlike some of my siblings but i digress. Check out this lovely young lady

I’m writing about Keith Edward Elam known by Guru, because my cousin DJ Michael Ealey is going to be featuring Guru’s Jazzamatazz Volume II Reality CD on his internet radio station Streetwise Radio. Guru stands for Gifted Unlimited Rhymes Universal. I have been listening to Guru’s music while writing this blog, I’m wondering why I have not never heard of this brother. His Jazzmatazz album’s volume 1 through 4 is a fusion of jazz and hip hop at its best. Guru has some of the great jazz and R&B artists featured on this album like Donald Byrd, Simon Law, N'Dea Davenport, Branford Marsalis, DJ Jazzy Nice, DC Lee, Lonnie Liston Smith and Roy Ayers, Chaka Khan, Courtney Pine, Gary Barnacle, Carleen Anderson, DC Lee and DJ Jimmy Jay. Guru featuring Angie Stone “Keep Your Worries” is on hit. It is real refreshing to hear a rapper rap about something positive, other than that crap about degrading women, drinking, smoking, killing and the bling. It is truly sad that Guru died too young from cancer, just when his career was starting to blow up. His legacy will live on through his music. "DJ NARD X " To Host Streetwise Big Hop

Born and raised in San Jose CA dj Nard X took his talent to another level at the age of 6 years old when he started playing sports and his interests in music. His mother and father taught him how to strive and be the best in what he wanted to do in life, his mother was the athlete and his father was the musician Nard X had the best of both worlds. At the age of 10 he was really influenced by DJ GRANDMASTER FLASH on the turntables in the early 80's but it took his cousin DJ Eric "SPEEDY E Barbary to actually be a dj. At the age of 25 he signed his first professional baseball contract after college out of Cal State Hayward University. After his 9th season in playing professional baseball he new he was missing something and that was doing music, in the off season of 2003 he bought him a dj set and started working on his craft as a turntablist, a year later he started his own company DHB ENTERTAINMENT PRODUCTIONS in the bay area. At the present time he is still playing professional baseball in Europe and dj'n internationally from battle contest to getting down in the clubs. He also produces music across the globe and loving it.
